Calvin Brown of Decatur is portfolio manager for BlueCreek Investment Partners in Huntsville. Brown is a graduate of the University of Alabama, B.S. '81, M.A. '83, in commerce and business administration. He serves as board member to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the Mental Health Association of Morgan County, Rotary Club of Decatur, the American Red Cross, PACT (Parents and Children Together) and the University of Alabama's Capstone Village. He has served as president of the University of Alabama's National Alumni Association (1997-98) and has been both a member of the president's cabinet and the University of Alabama's Capital Campaign Steering Committee for University Libraries (1992-97). Brown is currently chair-elect of the University of Alabama Library Leadership Board and a member of the Planned Giving Advisory Committee. He serves as Chairman of the Administrative Board of First United Methodist Church of Decatur.
